Eastern Health has services across the largest geographical area of any metropolitan health service in Victoria, covering 2,816 square kilometres. We provide a range of emergency, surgical, medical and general healthcare services, including maternity, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care, community health and state-wide specialist services to people and communities that are diverse in culture, age, socio-economic status and healthcare needs.

Applications usually open in November or December for programs that start in the following year.
Our priority will be to support Year 10 students; however, please send your application through for consideration.
The exact commencement dates are still to be determined, but generally in June or November / December.
We offer placements at most of our hospital sites. The site you are allocated to depends on the clinical area(s) to which you are assigned.
