The Eastern Health AH TTP Program is a 2 year program that incorporates innovative strategies to support and develop our AH workforce for the future.

Places are offered to allied health professionals who meet our eligibility criteria (see below) who join Eastern Health via our usual recruitment processes. Please note – the AH TTP is not a recruitment program.

1st Year: Support,fundamental knowledge, Interprofessional practice (IPP) 6 Month: Orientation, Peer group supervision, Journal club & PD 12 Months: Care & wellbeing of a complex patient, Study Day, IPP Training 2nd Year: Career building, working on leadership, Supervision and quality improvement skills 18 Months: Leadership & planning for the future study day, Supervision / mentoring training 24 months: Quality & research, Supporting students/ upcoming grads

Eligibility:

  • Allied health Professions including: physiotherapy, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietetics, psychology and podiatry
  • ≤ 12 months of health care experience
  • � month contract with Eastern Health
