Tobacco Free Clinic

A personalised, one-to-one service supporting individuals who want to become tobacco and vape free. 

We provide: 

  • education about nicotine dependence
  • support to build confidence and motivation 
  • tailored strategies to quit successfully

 

Community Health Respiratory Nurse Service

Our senior registered nurses work with individuals to improve self management and optimise lung function. 

We accept referrals for people diagnosed with respiratory conditions including asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. (COPD) 

Doctor’s referral preferred but not essential.

Appointment frees do apply for face-to-face, telehealth and telephone base appointments.
