We have Disability Liaison Officers at Eastern Health that can support all people with a disability and their carers.

We can assist with access to health services such as:

  • COVID-19 testing, treatment and vaccinations
  • Finding health services right for you
  • Support while you are in hospital
  • Helping to attend clinics
  • Support specific to your culture and language
  • Support specific to your own needs.
