Community Health provides services to improve the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of our community.
We see children, adults and families as well as offering specialised services for those with chronic conditions.
We have clinics at several Eastern Health sites to ensure you can access the services you need.
Community Health services include;
- Counselling (Adult and Childrens)
- Dietetics (Adult and Childrens)
- District nursing
- Family violence services
- GP medical bulk billing clinic
- Aboriginal health services
- Mental health services
- Children’s speech therapy
- Podiatry – foot care
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational therapy (Adult and Childrens)
- Planned Activity Groups & Support programs for seniors and their carers
- Maternal and children’s health
- Youth clinics

Our policy ensures that if we don’t have the right service for you in your area we will direct you to a service which better suits your needs.
Many of these services are supported by funding from the Commonwealth and Victorian Governments under the HACC program
