Welcome to the Point of Care Audits page.
Point of Care Audits are undertaken:
- to provide managers with visibility of clinical practice variations and
- to help maintain consistency and adherence to our guidelines and policies.
To undertake the Audit:
- Select the Standard
- Select the relevant Audit (i.e. bed based, same day location or ambulatory services)
- Follow the prompts to complete the Audit (There is an option to Save and Return Later if required)
- Submit
