To protect our patients, families, employees, and the community, new visitor restrictions are now in place.
Parking and Public Transport
Limited off street parking including disabled parking is available via Canterbury Road.
Taxi drop off and pick up is available at the main entrance via Blackburn Road. Reception staff can assist with booking a taxi for you.
The 765 and 703 bus routes stop along main roads outside the centre. Further information and timetables are available via Public Transport Victoria.
About Eastern Health Blackburn
Previously known as Bellbird Private Hospital and operated by Healthscope, Blackburn Public Surgical Centre is a 53 bed medical and surgical facility providing general surgery and gynaecological services.
The site joined Eastern Health in 2022 and has been providing quality healthcare to patients from the eastern suburbs and surrounds since 1970.
