The Eastern Health Box Hill Cancer Outpatient Clinics run multiple clinics providing specialist medical care assessments, investigation and management for patients with cancer. We work with general practitioners and other health professionals during patients’ cancer journeys to ensure they are receiving optimal care.

Our team supports you and your family throughout your cancer journey in many ways, including but not limited to:
- Access to clinical nurse consultants
- Geriatric assessments
- Psychosocial assistance
- Referrals to supportive care services
- Current medication list
- Current personal details; i.e. contact number, address etc.
- Medicare card
- Recent blood test results
Everyone’s experience with anti-cancer treatment is different, but it is not uncommon to have one or more side-effects throughout your treatment. If you experience significant side effects, please inform your nurse or doctor as a medical review may be required.
The Cancer Outpatient Clinics are available by appointment only; we are not able to manage ‘walk-ins’. A referral is required to attend an appointment.
