iLearn
iLearn is Eastern Health’s Learning Management System. Staff can login using their Eastern Health username and password. iLearn contains short online courses that staff may need to complete for their role at Eastern Health. iLearn is also used as a booking system for face to face training courses.

Some speciality areas use iLearn as a community of practice site for special interest groups. We call these groups ‘hubs’. If you are interested in creating a hub for your team, contact the iLearn help desk at ilearn@easternhealth.org.au

There are help and support documents within iLearn and a series of frequently asked questions that can assist you with most of the common errors that some people experience within iLearn.

As long as you have access to the Internet you should be able to log into iLearn. To complete some of the courses you need to ensure that ‘pop-ups’ are allowed in the browser that you are using.

Agency and Locum online learning for Eastern Health’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Eastern Health now uses iLearn for online learning. Agency and Locum staff working at Eastern Health who need to undertake online learning in the EMR should liaise with their respective Agency for further information.
