Mental Health Triage provides telephonic advice and screening assessment for all new referrals to the service on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis. We aim to facilitate timely access to appropriate psychiatric care in both the public and private sector. Mental Health Triage also provides mental health assessment and referral advice in the Box Hill, Maroondah and Angliss hospital Emergency Departments 24 hours, 7 days a week
Anyone living within the local government areas of Manningham, Monash-Waverley East and West, Maroondah, Knox, Yarra Ranges, Whitehorse and Nunawading East may contact this service including prospective consumers, families/carers, health professions, GPs and specialists.
