A team of obstetricians, physicians, midwives and other healthcare providers (eg. endocrinologists, dietians, anathetists) care for women who have health problems, had complications in past pregnancies or who develop complications in this pregnancy.
These concerns will be discussed at your first appointment to ensure that you have the appropriate care throughout your pregnancy. The pregnancy care option is for a specific group of women with high risk needs.
You will be referred to this service if required.
