Mums In Training is a one hour group exercise class specifically for pregnant women. The class is run by a physiotherapist with training in women's health who modifies the exercises for pregnancy.

Exercises include low impact aerobics, fitball work, arm and leg toning exercises, relaxation as well as important pelvic floor and abdominal muscle exercises. Exercising in pregnancy under the guidance of a physiotherapist can help with backpain, swelling, leakage of urine, constipation, improved sleep as well as improving the mood and confidence of mother to be.
