As of the 16 September 2022 the support for community clients with COVID-19 has transitioned from Eastern Health to ‘EACH Covid-19 Positive Pathways Program’.
The EACH COVID-19 Positive Pathways Program provides social and clinical care (including access to COVID medicines if eligible), monitoring and support for eligible people who test positive for COVID-19 in the North-Eastern Melbourne metropolitan area.
The Pathways Program also connects people to other important services they may need while unwell, including emergency accommodation, food relief, drug and alcohol, mental health and family violence support services.EACH Covid-19 Positive Pathways service can be contacted on:
