Eastern Health Palliative Care clinics provide specialist palliative care support to patients experiencing symptoms related to incurable malignant and non-cancer illnesses. The clinic is for patients with advanced and/or life-limiting condition(s) with a focus on improving symptoms, quality of life, patient and carer support, end-of-life decision making and linkage with community services. We have 3 clinics, 1 based at Box Hill Hospital and 2 at Maroondah Hospital.
