Virtual Emergency Department is a free 24/7 service that connects you to an emergency doctor or nurse from your computer or mobile. Adults and children can access the service from anywhere in Victoria.
You do not need a referral from your GP, an appointment or a Medicare card to use the service. To use the service all you’ll need is a device with a camera (mobile phone, computer, laptop or tablet).
