On September 17th, Turning Point held a celebration for its 30th birthday announcing its strategic directions for the future. Whilst looking forward, its history was also recognised with past clinicians, directors, and founding members in attendance, as were affiliate organisations and the current Victorian Minister for Mental Health Ingrid Stitt.
Turning Point is a statewide service focusing on addiction treatment, research and education which has been part of Eastern Health since 2009. Its collaboration with Monash University also strengthens its position as a leader in addiction care both in Australia and internationally.
