The Eastern Health Aboriginal Health Team provide support to the First Nations community.

From healthcare support to community outreach, the Aboriginal Health Team is focused on supporting people in their homes and communities, throughout their health journey.

“If you mob out there in community need us, just be happy to reach out and have a yarn, and you can be sure that we will be there to support you along your journey,” says Aboriginal Health Team Manager, Susan McDonald.
