Eastern Health recognises the importance and benefits of community participation and community engagement. We are committed to ensuring consumers and community are appropriately involved in problem-solving or decision-making.  

We are developing a new Community Participation Plan, and we need your help. 

Your input will help us develop actionable initiatives to support community participation and ensure we are partnering in care. 

As part of this consultation, we want to hear from you about community participation.

10:30am – 1:00pm​.

You must register your attendance prior to the day.

Online workshop:

Thursday 10 October

• 10:30 – 12:30pm
• 6:00-8:00pm
