30 health care leaders from across Italy, toured Eastern Health Box Hill to understand how Australian hospitals are addressing certain challenges.

Topics discussed during the visit included strategy, governance, workforce development, to improvements on how to deliver system-wide impact.

The delegation also had a chance to learn about Eastern Health Emergency Services, Care@Home program, Mental Health service and the award winning Stroke team.
