“I feel like I’m having a full circle moment being back at Eastern Health”

Pradha is the Director Financial Planning and Analysis at Eastern Health.

Originally starting at her career as a dietitian, an interest in the intricacies of finance and the healthcare system helped shape her future career ambitions.

“I found myself more interested in the business model of health, it’s so complex and so interesting”.

After going back to school and working in non-for profits as an accountant, she found herself back at Eastern Health, this time in the finance department.

“We want to enhance our financial analysis, and make sure that people really understand our funding streams and how they are spent across this very complex mix of services that we provide.”
