This month, Eastern Health proudly celebrates its one year as part of the East Metro and Murrindindi Local Health Service Network (LHSN), marking an important milestone in our commitment to stronger collaboration and better health outcomes for our communities.
Since 1 July 2025, Eastern Health has worked alongside Alexandra District Health, Yea & District Memorial Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne through the Network to strengthen partnerships and deliver high-quality care closer to home.
Over the past year, the Network has focused on building a more connected, responsive and equitable health system, working together to improve access, share expertise and enhance care for the communities we serve.
As we mark this milestone, Eastern Health thanks, staff, consumers and partners for your ongoing support and look forward to continuing this important work together to ensure people receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
