Ms Ellard’s warm, practical and inclusive approach has built partnerships across Eastern Health. She works hard to improve the experience of patients and ensure they feel safe and heard coming in to hospital.

Ms Harrington’s innovative work crosses aspects of operational, clinical and educational development of clinicians. She commenced many recruitment and development activities to attract and support clinicians.

Mr Chisango has been an Acting Nurse Unit Manager role on Centre Ward for the past 12 months and is always an excellent role model for the team. He has brought an infectious new vigour and culture to the team.

The Rahma Health Team are creating an evidence-based Arabic pregnancy and parenting resource, aiming to give refugee and migrant children the best start to life through free health education and community supports.

Ms Spiers is a proactive ally for the LGBTIQ community and her energy to support LGBTIQ days of recognition and celebration have gone a long way towards embedding diversity and inclusiveness within the workplace.

Foundation Award
Shades of Pink
Since 2017 more than $300,000 has been raised by Shades of Pink activities, all donated to the Breast & Cancer Centre and Maroondah Hospital. They continue to add to the profile of this service.
