Eastern Health is proud to announce the launch of our Community Participation Plan for 2025 and 2026.
The plan has been developed with engagement of members from our diverse community, consumer representatives, Eastern Health staff and Board Directors; a strong reflection of the Eastern Health value of ‘Partnering in Care’.
This plan will guide Eastern Health to continue to strengthen community participation and further embed the consumer voice into everything we do at Eastern Health, and deliver on our promise of ‘Healthier Together’.
