Respectful relationships promoted through art

On Thursday June 20th Eastern Health- Health Promotion hosted a free community forum at the Memo in Healesville on Raising Resilient Kids. During this event 6 inspired winners of the Respectful Relationships Art Competition were congratulated and awarded their prize money. The competition rolled out in term 2 and was open to both students and adults to participate. Healesville Rotary Club generously contributed a total of $1,200 in prize money for locals who created art work that successfully embodied healthy and respectful relationships. Community Service Director Laurie Webb from Rotary Healesville awarded the artists in front of 200+ members of the community and the submitted artworks were on display throughout the night free for anyone to view.
