COVID-19 Test Results
At the moment we’re processing hundreds of tests per day as quickly and accurately as we can.
Currently, our COVID-19 test turn-around time is two-three days, with patients who test positive to COVID-19 being contacted via phone and negative results sent via text message. Please ensure your partner checks text messages from the last few days as the text would have come from an unfamiliar number. You can call our contact centre via 1300 342 255 if you wish to follow up after this time.
I think I might have Coronavirus (COVID-19), what should I do?
If you suspect you may have the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), please call the dedicated hotline on 1800 675 398. Keep Triple Zero (000) for emergencies only.
