General exclusion criteria:

  • Patients who are already linked with another palliative care physician or clinic
  • Patients with primarily chronic, non-malignant pain are usually not suitable for review in this clinic – consider referral to the Chronic Pain Clinic
  • Patients under the age of 18 – please visit the Victorian Paediatric Palliative Care Program.
