The Eastern Health Network includes seven hospitals across metropolitan, regional and remote settings, offering trainees broad clinical exposure through these diverse rotations.

Eastern Health Box Hill – Level 3 

Box Hill Hospital is the largest facility within Eastern Health, with 621 beds. It offers a wide range of medical subspecialties and provides trainees with exposure to diverse illnesses across a culturally varied patient population. In addition, Box Hill supports numerous research opportunities through active on‑site projects.

Eastern Health Maroondah – Level 2 

Maroondah Hospital is a Level 2 facility with 326 beds. Core services include general medicine, respiratory medicine, oncology, and endocrinology. The hospital also provides on‑site consult services in neurology, infectious diseases, and cardiology, ensuring broad clinical exposure for trainees.

Eastern Health Angliss – Level 1

Angliss Hospital is a Level 1 facility offering general medicine and intensive care services. Consult support is available in infectious diseases, endocrinology, cardiology, and nephrology. The hospital is well known for its high‑quality long case and short case tutorials, including those conducted at Chandler House.
