A 12 session course designed to improve the strength and exercise tolerance of people suffering from a chronic respiratory condition with education sessions to help respiratory patients understand and manage their condition more effectively.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation is recommended best practice for the management of patients with chronic respiratory disease and has been shown to increase quality of life, reduce feelings of shortness of breath and reduce number of hospital admissions for active participants.
Eligibility Criteria
Ambulatory patients with chronic respiratory conditions, including after an acute exacerbation or a new diagnosis. E.g. COPD, chronic asthma, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, or debility secondary to chest infection.Referral

Cost
There is a small charge for the group sessions (invoiced monthly).
This can be waived if the client has financial difficulties.Our Team
