The Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies program is a community based service providing support to women in the Shire of Yarra Ranges. We help pregnant women to connect to services and education. The program is not a clinical ante natal service. The aim of the program is to improve the health and wellbeing of women and babies.
We work closely with Maternity Services, GPs, Child Health and other specialist services you may be involved with.
The program aims to provide assistance to women to:
- Improve access to pre and post natal services
- Support throughout their pregnancy
- Improve the health of mother and baby
We work with you in planning for the best outcome for you and your baby. We help by working together on worries you have and finding the best solution.
