Management of patients with suspected or diagnosed osteoporosis. This service works in conjunction with orthopaedics on referral for patients with recurrent fractures.
Eligibility Criteria
Private Clinics must have named specialist on referral
Referral
GPs are encouraged to used the Victorian Statewide referral Form (VSRF) which can be downloaded into most medical software.
Please send copies of any investigations performed to facilitate triage. Imaging films or CDs should be bought by patient to the clinic appointment.
