Referrals to this service are assessed against the Statewide Referral Criteria and will be declined if the criteria are not met. For all other ENT conditions, please continue to refer as per clinical assessment and need.
- Acute nasal fracture
- Bilateral or asymmetrical hearing loss
- Discharging ear
- Dysphagia (ENT)
- Hoarse voice (dysphonia)
- Neck mass or lumps
- Obstructive sleep apnoea
- Recurrent tonsillitis
- Rhinosinusitis
- Salivary gland disorder or mass
- Thyroid mass
- Tinnitus
- Refer to Eastern Health “Service-Specific Criteria” in Health Pathways Melbourne (Urgent or Routine ENT Surgery Referral).
