The Speech Pathologist works with children and their families who are experiencing speech related problems. Therapy is provided to preschool aged children individually or in small groups.

Please note: Referrals for children starting school the next year must be received before the 30th of June.

This service provides speech pathology for babies and pre-school children with communication and feeding difficulties. Reasons for referral may include:

  • Difficulty/delay in using words or forming sentences
  • Difficulty/delay in understanding the meaning of words and sentences
  • Difficulty/delay in using speech sounds (articulation)
  • Stuttering
  • Difficulties with feeding (i.e. fussy/restrictive eating, difficulties transitioning to solids).

Therapy is provided to children and families individually or in small groups. Appointments are conducted either face-to-face or using telehealth.
