Cardiac rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary program to assist people with cardiac conditions to return to an active and fulfilling life. This will assist people to reduce the likelihood of a further cardiac event.
- A unique five week course of twice weekly exercise and education group sessions for clients with cardiac disease.
- Group sessions are provided in a caring and friendly environment at the Wantirna Health, Angliss Hospital and Yarra Ranges community rehabilitation centres.
- This program is for adults over 18 years
- We value a caring and friendly interdisciplinary team approach through the utilisation of specialist cardiac nurses and allied health professionals. This is a client centred program where clients, carers and families are supported to achieve their rehabilitation goals

Cost
- $10.00 per session, capped at $20/week (effective from 1st March 2018)
- This cost can be discussed in the case of financial hardship.
