Researchers and Sponsors are required to submit relevant documents in order to meet site specific requirements. These documents are to be submitted to the Research and Ethics Office and may include Clinical Trial Research Agreements, Indemnity Forms, Insurance Documents and Supporting Department Sign Offs.
