Eastern Health encourages patients, and their significant others, to provide feedback where appropriate.

Feedback may range from letters and/or cards expressing gratitude, to complaints about the care and/or services provided by Eastern Health and its staff.

Eastern Health views feedback as a valuable opportunity to review policies, procedures and practices, and to make the appropriate changes where necessary.

Giving Your Feedback to the Hospital

  1. You may give the feedback (gratitude, complaint, etc) directly to the person in charge of the ward or department, or
  2. You may forward the feedback (gratitude, complaint, etc) to the Manager – Patient Relations.

If you are unsure of the contact details of the person to whom you are sending or giving your feedback, your nurse or other health care professional will provide assistance.
