ANGLISS HOSPITAL
Established in 1939, Angliss Hospital is a 230-bed facility in Upper Ferntree Gully at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges. A high-level aged care facility, known as the Edward Street Nursing Home, is located together with the hospital.
We provide a wide range of healthcare services to our local community, which extends from the south of Knox to the south-west of the Yarra Ranges, as well as Croydon and parts of Ringwood.
Our services are primarily designed to support healthcare needs of low complexity. They include emergency medicine, general medicine, general surgery, midwifery, paediatrics and rehabilitation, as well as programs to care for patients in their own homes.
