Introducing the Eastern Metropolitan Region, Lymphoedema Services Working Group: Final Report.

The attached report available in PDF format outlines the findings of the multi-sector working group focussing on the needs and gaps for lymphoedema care across the Eastern Metropolitan Region during the 2006 and 2007 years.

The report includes a broad range of information that was collected to assist the working group with their review and to identify recommendations for future service delivery planning and to improve the health outcomes for clients living with lymphoedema.
