• A brief explanation of the Health Promotion Unit and it's Relaxation Programs. (2 mins)
• A Deep Body Relaxation
(Dialogue with music - 20 mins)
• Visualization Using Colors
(Dialogue with music-20 mins)
• A special relaxation/ visualization for children (Dialogue with the sounds of rainforest birds). Music by Michael Wild.
