Lifelinks

Life Links

Lifelinks is a program developed by Box Hill Hospital, Health Promotion Unit, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Social Work and the Primary Mental health team. Lifelinks is a program aimed to provide participants with skills and strategies to assist them in coping with this transition and build resilience through education and exercise in a group setting. The Lifelinks program is designed for people who have completed cardiac rehabilitation and/or another related program, who might benefit from further contact with the hospital.

Tobacco Free Clinic

Trained staff will work with you to find the best method to help you quit.  You will receive 8 individual appointments and assistance to help you to stop smoking.
This program is widely recognised as one of the most effective models to assist people to quit smoking.
