Assessment of adult cardiology problems. Organisation of the appropriate investigations and interventions required
Eligibility Criteria
Appointments are triaged by the Cardiology Department. Degree of urgency can be specified. Appropriate information explaining urgency appreciated.
Please note: No paediatric clinics are based at Box Hill Hospital however they can do paediatric transthoracic echocardiography

Referral
Eastern Health encourages the use of the Victorian Statewide referral Form(VSRF)
Investigations to be sent with the referral: All relevant pathology and imaging tests performed. Copies of any ECGs performed
