Career Development Program (CDP)
The career development program (download) is open to all Division 1 Registered Nurses who have a minimum of 12 months recent acute care experience and demonstrated commitment to professional development. The program seeks to further develop and advance the clinical expertise and practice of the Registered Nurse (RN) working in generalist and specialty acute care environments across Eastern Health.
