Eligibility to Borrow

• Any member of Box Hill Hospital staff, and Monash and Deakin Universities staff working at Box Hill Hospital
   
• Identified Monash students whilst they are based at Box Hill Hospital. They must provide Monash University Student ID and number at time of registration.

We do NOT lend to:

• Students on clinical placement, except with approved guarantor.
• AMC examination candidates

Period of Loan

Staff may borrow a total of 4 items (books and A/V material)

• Books - 2 weeks
• Periodicals - not for loan
• Reference material - by special arrangement with library staff
• MKSAP (latest edition) - 1 week, 2 booklets only at a time

Eligible students -  

• 2 items maximum
• 2 weeks only - NO extension - no reborrowing within 24 hours
