EASTERN CENTRE AGAINST SEXUAL ASSAULT (ECASA)
ECASA provides services to women, men, children and young people who are victims/ survivors of recent or past sexual assault. The service is also available to non-offending family members, partners and friends.
ECASA is committed to providing a timely response to victim / survivors of sexual assaults and is accessible and responsive to the needs of victims/ survivors regardless of gender, age, race or culture.
ECASA provides:
- Short to medium term counseling and advocacy
- Telephone counseling and support
- Crisis counseling appointments
- Group work
- Information and referral
- Information and support on legal and medical issues
- Community education
- Secondary consultation
- Professional training
All counseling services are free of charge.
