If you have a complaint that cannot be dealt with by the person in charge of the ward / department please contact one of our Patient Relations Advisors at the Centre for Patient Experience on 9091 8820 or complaints can be made in writing to the Patient Relations Advisor, Centre for Patient Experience, Wantirna Health, 251 Mountain Highway, Wantirna 3152.
Patient Relations Advisors are available Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm.
